Aidan and I went to a birthday party yesterday for his friend, Dominick. When Dominick opened his football that Aidan got him, Aidan ran over there, tackled him, and tried to take the ball! It was pretty funny for the adults. All of the kids were taking turns tackling eachother. By the time it was all over we were all exhausted.
When we got home Aidan was bouncing off the walls. It drove Nana and me crazy. He was just wound up. Finally Daddy came home just past 10 pm (I tried with no success to get Aidan to bed earlier) and then he went into overdrive! We finally got him down to bed sometime after Daddy got home, but not without the football!
Today Aidan and Daddy are spending time together while Mommy works, as usual.
